12 Challenges in 12 Months

Happy Tuesday! This year, I’m really focusing on self-care and self-improvement. I really want to take 2018 to do things to better myself. So, I created a list of 12 monthly challenges I want to complete this year.

If you want to join, you can use these 12 that I picked, but of course you can pick your own as well!

The 12 challenges I chose were:

  1. One Line a Day
  2. Read
  3. Eat Something Green
  4. Squats
  5. No Fast Food
  6. Whole 30
  7. Daily Walks
  8. 10,000 Steps a Day
  9. Floss
  10. No Dairy
  11. Instagram
  12. Listen to a Podcast


I made a spread in my Bullet Journal to keep track of my challenges, and as you can see, I haven’t assigned every month a challenge yet! I think at the beginning of each month I’ll pick a challenge!

So far, I’ve been reading every day in January and I’m loving taking the time to do it! I also think I’ll make update posts on this throughout the year! If you want to follow along make sure to follow me on social media!
